Nathalie Cools is the new chairperson of ICP Forests

ICP Forests has a new chairperson: The German Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity appointed Ms Nathalie Cools, from INBO, Belgium, to her new position with effect from 1 April 2026.

Nathalie Cools is the new chairperson of ICP Forests.

The official handover is scheduled to take place at the Task Force Meeting in Dubrovnik in May. 

The Programme Co-ordinating Centre congratulates Ms Nathalie Cools on her new role as the chairwoman! We are very much looking forward to working together with you in the coming years.

We would also like to thank Dr. Marco Ferretti for his dedicated collaboration and his efforts for driving the programme forward. Dr. Marco Ferretti from the Swiss Federal Research Institute WSL was the Chairman of ICP Forests since 2017. The PCC wishes him all the best for his retirement.
